2. Charges
- Flat shipping fee of ₹49.00 per order.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.00.
3. Processing & delivery time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- Remote locations may take longer.
4. Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation by email. Track your order from the Track Order page or from My Account.
5. Delays & failed delivery
Delays may occur due to courier issues or incorrect addresses. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
6. Packaging
Gadgets are securely packed to protect them in transit. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or dead-on-arrival (DOA) item within 48 hours.
